Ginny is a Strategic Advisor on Microsoft’s Technology & Civic Engagement team. She has over 13 years of experience working with political campaigns and committees to improve their understanding and use of technology. Ginny played a key role in Microsoft’s partnership with the 2016 Iowa Caucuses. She worked closely with the state parties as together they revolutionized how the caucuses verified and reported results via a custom smartphone app.
Prior to joining Microsoft in 2014, Ginny was Vice President at a boutique political tech firm where she supported Presidential and Senate campaigns use technology to improve their fundraising and treasury efforts.
Ginny graduated Duke University in 2003 with a major in Political Science. She lives in Arlington, VA with her husband, David, and their two sons.
