Gabriel DeLong is a student representative for the District of Columbia Psychology Association Board (DCPA). He is a Clinical Psychology graduate student at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology. He has served as a leader for LGBT youth as well as a choreographer, dance instructor, and election observer in DC. He has continued his work with the DCPA organizing community events most recently serving as a student organizer for the DC Pride Parade in 2019 along with other student events. His clinical and research interest include body image and sexual minority men, homelessness, and LGBT youth safety, school climate, and classroom management. Gabriel enjoys spending time watching movies, exploring restaurants with friends, and mostly spending his spare time with his wonderful husband Mark.
